#HLSBets 2021 Conference Preview : SEC

Welcome back to HLS Entertainment and #HLSBets!
This is our fifth and final conference breakdown previewing the entire season. We have been releasing one every few days counting down the last days of the offseason as we get ready to kick off the college football season. Man oh man I have been waiting so long for that, and the time is almost here. Here are the previous #HLSBets win total conference previews for the Big 12Big TenACC, and the Pac 12. Make sure to not miss a single update by hitting the subscribe button and follow me on twitter @HaroldLStokes.

The South Eastern Conference feels more wide open than normal this year with three to four or more teams that have legit shot at winning the SEC Championship. Texas A&M and Georgia seem to be the potential cream of the crop of the SEC this year and with Alabama "down" this year this is their best shot at knocking them off the mountain top and claim the SEC crown. Teams like Florida and Ole Miss will be in contention to win nearly every game but nearly everyone should come down to the wire. Just so much madness going on last season the Arkansas, Missouri, and Mississippi State's of the world showed flashes of actually good football but will have to prove they can do it for a full season.

#HLSBets is the very best football gambling coverage in the game not because of flashy videos, or high paid talking heads, but because we actually win money. I started this simply as an outlet after watching week in and week out talking heads just absolutely give the worst advice gambling and constantly losing. Even all over social media you find self proclaimed "gambling experts" who just constantly lose money. Every single #HLSBets public sheet can easily be found on Twitter under the hashtag #HLSBets, we let our record speak for itself. No one wins every single bet they place, most lose 70-100% of their bets and all of their money.

Public sheets are not all #HLSBets has to offer, we also do a weekly bonus sheet for both CFB and the NFL that is only $5 per week EACH. But right now you can get the full REGULAR season for either level of football for only $50. Just follow me on twitter and send me a dm for more info on signing up! Enough self promo, on to the SEC!

SEC - East

Vanderbilt

2020 Record: 0-9

2021 Projected Win Total: 3

Bet: Under

This is a sad squad. Unless Clark Lea is some absolutely outstanding coach that is coming out of nowhere, then this team might only win maybe a single game. Just enjoy betting against this team for free money this season.

South Carolina

2020 Record: 2-8

2021 Projected Win Total: 3.5

Bet: Risky Over

This is a fun total bet because the outcome will be known by October 16th. If they lose four or more of their first seven games then this bet is dead. With one of those games being Georgia we can probably safely assume that is a loss.

Tennessee

2020 Record: 3-7

2021 Projected Win Total: 6

Bet: Over

Over feels right here, I see 7-8 potential wins on the schedule and a lot of their toss up games will be at home. As long as their is no giant disastrously bad coaching that happens this year they have a solid chance at being bowl eligible.

Kentucky

2020 Record: 5-6

2021 Projected Win Total: 7

Bet: Under

I do not see 7 wins for this team. They will have to steal multiple upsets to reach that number to me and I just do not trust them enough to bet on that happening.

Missouri

2020 Record: 5-5

2021 Projected Win Total: 7

Bet: Over

If you return most of your players from bad offenses and defenses does it matter? Connor Bazelak seems to have the QB job locked up and could lead this offense in the right direction but I am not expecting some large turn around for this team. 7 is a great number for this team because I do believe they still end up with 7-8 wins, so I am taking the over and expecting the push.

Georgia

2020 Record: 8-2

2021 Projected Win Total: 10.5

Bet: OVER

Over, we could possibly know the outcome of this after week 1.JT Daniels looked amazing once finally taking over the offense and after a full offseason this team should be stout and ready to roll. If this team is actually as legit as I think it is and they beat Clemson to start the season then they should just steamroll the rest of this schedule.

Florida

2020 Record: 8-4

2021 Projected Win Total: 9

Bet: Over

I just do not see three losses. I sure as heck do not see four that would ruin at least he push on this bet.  I trust Dan Mullen to have Emory Jones rolling this year successfully. Nearly this entire offense is getting replaced but we now Emory Jones will be serviceable at worst. Very confident in this.

SEC - West

Mississippi State

2020 Record: 4-7

2021 Projected Win Total: 6

Bet: Stay Away

This team is boom or bust, I do not trust them enough to bet either way. My heart says over, but going over their schedule my brain screams under. I sincerely do not know if they can win there first three games, La Tech NC State at home and then on the road @ Memphis. If they win those three and you took the over you should be very excited. But I am bowing out of this bet personally.

Arkansas

2020 Record: 3-7

2021 Projected Win Total: 6

Bet: Risky Under

This team has 5 guaranteed losses, but can they hold on to win the rest of their schedule? I think they end 5-7 so this under is risky.

Ole Miss

2020 Record: 5-5

2021 Projected Win Total: 7.5

Bet: Over

This offense is about to be DEADLY. Lane Kiffin has this team going the right direction and Matt Corral might be a legit Heisman contender if this team can get to 10 wins. And 10 wins might not be out of the question, these games might be must watch entertainment.

LSU

2020 Record: 5-5

2021 Projected Win Total: 8.5

Bet: Under

Why do people think this team bounces back? The only reasoning I will listen to is they will be running a competent 21st century defense from the get go this season. Surely they will be improved, but I do not see how. They should have been 4-6 or worse last season, remember the only reason they made it to .500 was because of a shoe throw

Auburn

2020 Record: 6-5

2021 Projected Win Total: 7

Bet: Under

Auburn has had obvious issues with their style of offense for years, I want to point that out right now because actually running a great offense scheme could completely change what we think about this team. They have the athletes to be good-great, but year one might be too tough to turn this ship back around for Bryan Harsin.

Texas A&M

2020 Record: 9-1

2021 Projected Win Total: 9.5

Bet: Over

Easy over, this is laughable. Counting my money now. This team might be GREAT.

Alabama

2020 Record: 13-0

2021 Projected Win Total: 11.5

Bet: Under

Taking the under here and feel safe they drop at least one game. This team is not the same team from years past. While nearly everyone else in the country is returning many many impactful starters, this team only returns 3 starters from their HISTORIC 2020 offense and having yet again another new OC this offense is loaded with question marks. Meanwhile on the defensive side of the ball they do return 7 "starters" but the 2020 defense was the worst defense in Saban's entire tenure at Alabama, and Alabama's worst defense since 2003. Let's just say without that historic offense this year this team could be very beatable.
